Annual Giving/Major Gifts Officer to lead the planning, implementation, and management of a comprehensive Annual Giving/Major Gifts program focusing on increasing the number of individual donors and money raised from annual giving, specifically major gifts, to support the Big Brothers Big Sisters mission. The Annual Giving/Major Gifts program will include leading and managing the agency's donor acquisition, stewardship, cultivation, and upgrading of all individual donors. As an individual contributor this position is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donor prospects. At least three years of senior-level fundraising and major gifts experience preferred; with a total of at least five years of professional fundraising experience. Demonstrated track record of successful major gifts fundraising and manager. Excellent communications skills with high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
