Hosting an event to
benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters is easy…
- Complete
the event proposal application form.

Fill
out the proposal form and submit it to Big Brothers Big Sisters at least 60 days before the event.

Establish
goals. Set realistic and measurable financial
goals. Be sure to identify all potential
sources of both revenue and expenditures.

Measure
up. Be sure that the
event fits the size, talents, goals
and availability – to make certain it will appeal to supporters.

Location,
location, location. Choose a
suitable and convenient location and time for the BIG event.

Promote
your event with pride! Promotion is the key to success but please
remember to obtain authorization from Big Brothers Big Sisters for all
promotional materials and publicity prior to their release.

Have
fun!
 All
monies must be received by Big Brothers Big Sisters within 30 days following the fundraising
event. Receipts will be provided for all cash donations.
DON’T
FORGET!
- Recognize everyone who
contributed to and supported your event.
- Be sure to share how much was raised to benefit the children in our
community.
- Also, remember to express how much you appreciate their help!
